Each student will be required to list the sequence of events involved in the burial of a pharaoh.
Each student will assume the identify of a family member, pet or servant, who will be entombed with the pharaoh. The student will write a narrative of his or her experiences from the time of the Pharoah’s death to their own. The length and scope of the narrative will vary depending upon the student’s IEP goals and abilities.
A field trip to the local Art Museum has been scheduled. Each group of students will have a guided tour through the Egyptian exhibit.
Time has been allotted prior to leaving for the museum for each group of students to prepare a list of questions for their guides.
